DURHAM — Foes of a proposed housing development on Strong Road have posted signs and signed a petition voicing their concerns about the project.
Several also spoke against the project at Tuesday night’s meeting of the Durham Town Council after project planners supplied preliminary sketches of the proposed development.
Bosque Development, LLC, is proposing a residential and farm project that would be sited on 95 acres on two parcels of land in the vicinity of Cornwallville and Strong roads. The property would be accessible only from the east side of Strong Road.
