SENECA FALLS — Seneca Meadows needs a permit from the state and its host town to operate its Salcman Road landfill.
The Town Board will consider renewing its license to Seneca Meadows under Chapter 58 of town code at tonight’s 6 p.m. meeting in the Ovid Street municipal building.
First, the board will conduct a public hearing at 5:45 p.m. on proposed Local Law 2 of 2018. The legislation would amend the town’s zoning regulations to institute fines for not removing debris from a property after being ordered to do so.
