Senate approves anti-incinerator bill, goes to governor

All that remains to essentially kill an incinerator proposed for the former Seneca Army Depot is Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s signature.

On Wednesday the state Senate unanimously approved the Finger Lakes Community Preservation Act of 2019, six days after it was approved by the state Assembly.

Cuomo has 10 days to sign or veto the bill.
